Our portfolio includes projects across an extensive range of facilities, such as teaching space, academic and administrative office space, and student facilities, including accommodation and libraries. Keeping staff, students and our team of specialists safe at all time is a Health and Safety priority for us and is at the basis of all of our projects. In addition, while working on our projects, our sustainability and community investment teams provide support at all times to ensure that relevant matters are respected
Healthcare
We deliver projects in both the private and public sectors and in primary and ancillary healthcare facilities, while ensuring purposes are met, care is provided without interruptions and patient, staff and visitors are kept safe.
We pride ourselves for being able to deliver projects through a range of procurement methods, including The Procurement Hub, Scape’s National Construction Framework, as well as the OJEU process. Our project management team works closely with all stakeholders, to ensure a smooth process, from procurement to handover, achieving successful outcomes in the most sensitive environments.
Office
As a specialist contractor we can offer a full range of services from office upgrades through to large scale refurbishments. This can be delivered through traditional procurement methods via design team, design and build or even direct to client. We have the in-house knowledge and expertise to offer a full delivery package including interior design and procurement of furniture solutions in order to give your offices spaces the edge that many clients and employees now look for.
Something often forgotten is the removal or rectification of any alterations and fit-out you have made to your office accommodation when your lease comes to an end. The PFS team can undertake all works identified during an end of tenancy dilapidations survey in order to ensure no financial penalties are incurred so that you can concentrate on settling into your new premises.
Leisure & Hospitality
Our portfolio is wide in this realm and includes projects such as Odeon Cinema Refurbishments, museum exhibitions, cultural experiences, sporting and wellness facilities. Industrial & Commercial

Following this, our experienced team of interior designers can utilise the space you have to optimise efficiency both practically and aesthetically. The idea of this is to challenge the preconception of the space, whilst always considering cost effectiveness and practicality in mind.
